Shannon Bunch RPA-C Shannon M. Bunch, RPA-C
Shannon M. Bunch, RPA-C graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a Registered Physician Assistant in NYS. She is an active member of national & local physician assistant organizations. Her specialties include Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Incontinence.
Peter A. Coggiola, R.N., N.P.
Peter has practiced in Western New York as a certified family and pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 18 years. He remains very active in the Nurse Practitioner teaching programs with both the University of Buffalo and the University of Rochester. He is active in local and national nurse practitioner and urological organizations. His urologic specialties include Male Erectile Dysfunction, Metabolic Prevention of Kidney Stone Disease, and Complimentary Urological Medicine (Alternative Urological Medicine).
Brian Crotzer, RPA-C Brian C. Crotzer, RPA-C
Brian C. Crotzer, RPA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant. Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude from D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York. He is an active member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants as well as the Western New York Physician's Assistant Society. Brian is also nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Brian's specialties include adult and pediatric urology.
Pamela M. Gandy

Pamela M. Gandy, R.N., M.S., F.N.P.
 Pamela M. Gandy, R.N., M.S., F.N.P. graduated with a Masters Degree in Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at D’Youville College in May of 2006. She is nationally board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in New York State.  She is an active member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners. Her specialties include Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Incontinence.

Emily A. Levandusky, RPA-C Emily A. Levandusky, RPA-C
Emily A. Levandusky, RPA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant and a Dean's List graduate of D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has earned special recognition for achievements in and knowledge of surgery. Emily's specialties include adult and pediatric urology.
Marion C. McGovern, R.N., M.S., A.N.P.

Marion C. McGovern, R.N., M.S., A.N.P.
Marion graduated with a Master’s in Science degree from the University of Buffalo’s Adult Nurse Practitioner program in December 2007. In addition to her 3 years of urological nursing, Marion has greater than 15 years of hospital based nursing. She is an active member of WNY Nurse Practitioner Association, American College of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, Gamma chapter. Her specialties include Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and adult urology.
James Rew James Rew, RPA-C
Is a nationally certified and New York State registered Physician Assistant who has practiced in Western New York for greater than ten years.  He has an extensive medical and surgical background. Previous positions were in cardiac surgery, family medicine and spine surgery. He will be providing urological services primarily at the Sterling Park office.
David B. Smalling, RPA-C

David B. Smalling, RPA-C
David graduated from D’Youville College in 2003 and began his career in both general surgery and emergency medicine. His interest in Urology led him to this discipline in 2004. He has been with our practice since April of 2007. His specific urologic interests include interstitial cystitis and the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
